Constipation is the disease of today's generation, the generation of the industrialized and sedentary world who are very interested in eating fast food. Getting used to poor diets that are free of fiber and vegetables and fruits can lead to constipation. Along with these erroneous diets, sedentary lifestyles and the creation of jobs that require settlement have led to constipation as a disease that affects people of all ages. In this list, I will introduce a series of foods that loosen stools and prevent constipation.
